My card declined while I had sufficient money in the account

If you experience difficulty using your Dash card to make payments in store or withdraw money from an ATM, please try changing or resetting your PIN on the Dash App. 


If you are unable to do so, contact Support for assistance and if the issue cannot be resolved, we will dispatch another card to you.
