I am expecting a refund/ reversal but haven’t received it. What should I do?

This might include, but is not limited to, screenshots or documents which show your request for a refund and the merchant agreeing to provide a refund.

 

There is no guarantee that we will be able to recover your money, but we will assess your case fairly, using all information and evidence you provide.
