Your Dash account needs to be verified and approved before you can start sending and receiving money. In the event of a lost or stolen card, you can still cash out to your Dash account in order to get a replacement card or use the money if needed urgently.
For Ecentive users, you can cash out from Ecentive to Dash and then move the money to your personal bank account to spend it. This should only be a temporary solution while you wait for your new card to arrive.
