If you have lost your card or deactivated it from your Dash App, please contact Ecentive to report the issue and ensure that your Dash account has at least R190 to cover the cost of a replacement card.
You can cash out from your Ecentive ewallet to Dash or wait until you have sufficient funds in your account to start this process.
Ecentive will then arrange the delivery of your new card.
