I accidentally sent money into a wrong bank account, what do I do?

Transfers on Dash generally cannot be cancelled once they have reached the recipient’s account, even if you accidentally sent it to an incorrect account.

 

You can contact Dash Support and we will do our best to help. While we cannot guarantee we will be able to recover the money, our team can investigate any available options. If you reach out to us, please include the following information to help expedite the process:

  1. Account number and account type that you sent the funds to
  2. Amount of the payment
  3. Date of the payment
  4. Account number and account type you meant to transfer the funds into
