How much are the withdrawal fees?
To view info on fees, go to your Dash App>Home>Settings>Fees.
How to minimize Dash charges
- Refrain from drawing cash from ANY ATM as the costs are relatively high. Should you want to draw cash, make sure to do so at a POS terminal, e.g. Shoprite. This is much cheaper than drawing cash at an ATM.
- Check balances and transactions on the Dash app instead of retrieving balances via ATMs.
- Make sure that you remember your PIN code. When you enter an incorrect PIN you are charged a fee. You can reset your PIN on the app.
- Keep your card safe - lost cards are charged R190 per replacement card issued.
- For Ecentive users, you should build up your funds in the Ecentive eWallet before cashing out to your card, as each cash out from the eWallet costs R7.
- Keep and spend money in your Dash account. You are charged a fee when you cashout to a bank account.
