I have uploaded all documents correctly, but my account is still pending... ​

There are two stages of account verification. First, Dash Support will check if all information is captured correctly and that all supporting documents are uploaded as required. If your account meets all the requirements, it will be sent to the bank for further verification. 


Once verified and approved by the bank, your account will be active and a Dash card will be sent to you. Please contact Ecentive to arrange the delivery of your card.


This process may take up to 3-5 working days, depending on the backlog from the bank. However, if your profile has been pending for more than a week, please contact Dash Support and request a status update.
