It usually takes 3-5 working days to verify and approve your Dash account, however, it can take longer if the information on your profile is not captured correctly. Therefore:
- Please ensure that you capture all names as they appear on the ID. Including middle names.
- Ensure that the ID document is clear and fully in view.
- ID type must be selected correctly.
- No driver’s licence is allowed, unless stated otherwise.
- For green book ID, the left and right pages must be fully in view.
- For smart card ID, the front and back must be uploaded.
- For passport, the details page and visa must be uploaded separately.
- Make sure that the selfie is clear.
- The face must be fully in view i.e. eyeglasses are okay, but masks, caps, etc., are not.
