If you receive a notification from Dash Support informing you that your ID number has appeared on the SAFPS fraud prevention database, you will need to get a PR report letter from SAFPS.
Send an email to safps@safps.org.za and say that you would like to obtain a PR report letter or go to SAFPS and click "Apply for Protective Registration". Include the case number provided in the text.
Send back the letter in pdf to Dash Support to continue with the verification process of your account.
